Very pleasant, positive experience. Company rep was clean, well dressed and well groomed, and offered helpful suggestions. Order arrived in a short amount of time, about two weeks, and window coverings were installed the next day. Installer was knowledgeable. I will do business with this company again and do recommend them to others.

My husband and I love the window coverings for our whole house. Jason made it easier to picture the finished products by providing us with his expert opinion. The installation was professionally installed by George. He was very pleasant. The draperies, wood blinds and cellular shades were installed six weeks ago and we received compliments from all our family, friends and neighbors.

After our 40-year old velvet draperies were cleaned by another company they were returned approximately 2 inches shorter even though the company guaranteed "no shrinkage." That company initially claimed that the drapes were returned to us in their original length. Concurrently we contacted Classic to purchase new sheer draperies and in our discussions, Classic told us they could rehem the velvets as well. One velvet panel had a recent wide streak of paint on it from our painter rendering the panel unsalvageable. Classic took one extra wide window panel and made a new panel to replace the one with paint thereby saving us the expense of purchasing all new velvets. The repaired velvet drapes along with the new sheers were installed by Classic who went out of their way to make the installation completely to our satisfaction. We appreciated all the efforts expended by Jason on our behalf.

Jason was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He has wonderful ideas & suggestions, is very creative and we used his professional opinion on our final selection of draperies, rods and blinds. When our draperies came in, they were gorgeous, but we were a little disappointed with the length. I called Jason and told him my concerns & without hesitation he came out & agreed they needed to be fixed. He came back to our home & installed them himself, making sure they were exactly what I wanted! It is always easy to sell something, but when there is a problem of some kind, it is the true measure of the company as to how they resolve it. I have been using this company for my apartments for years. Just the other day, I was telling a friend of mine, that my carpet that was installed by Classic in 1998 still looks almost new, and my friend could not believe it. I have recommended Jason and his company to my friends over the years and everyone seems to be as satisfied as I am. Keep up the good work, Jason.

When I was asked if I would write about my experience with this company I said that it would be a pleasure because I was so impressed by the whole organization.Jason was terrific. He knows his products and is very good in helping with decorating ideas, even beyond window coverings. The service was great, the price was the best I received, and his installer was prompt, clean and efficient. I could not have asked for more. They were beyond my expectations.

I had black out draperies installed for my tenant and draperies for my own house. The work was done so quickly from picking the fabrics, to having the draperies installed. They were most professional and Jason was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with everything.

Our experience was great. We were interested in window coverings for a very large sliding glass window. Jason personally came to our residence, spoke to us about our needs, and made a recommendation based on the style and colors in the interior of house. A perfect choice. The vertical blinds were delivered in a timely manner, and installed professionally. We also used the company to install carpet and blinds in a rental home, again with perfect results. Classic Carpet and Draperies designed and installed the window treatments for 4 rooms in my house, each room having a different treatment. The results were excellent. The shutters in the den came out exactly as I wanted them to and look fabulous. The drapes in the bedroom, with the blackout lining (Jason Taite's suggestion) look beautiful and work so well. The shade in the guest room is exactly what I wanted, and the living room drapes, with the cornish valance (also Jason's suggestion) look absolutely lovely. The prices were good and the timing, from purchase to installation, was exactly what was promised. Although I thought the variety of material for the drapes was a bit limited, I was extremely pleased with my selection. I would highly recommend Classic Carpets and Draperies.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I first hired them to do blinds in our bedroom and received expert advice from Jason. I was so pleased with the result, I then hired them to do all the widow coverings in the rest of the house. Working with Jason was a convenient, pleasant experience, and my windows look great!

Classic Carpets and Draperies has installed the carpeting and flooring in my apartment building for the last 25 years. Jason Taite's work has always been of the highest caliber: excellent quality of materials, flawless workmanship, fair prices, and most of all, complete integrity, reliability, and honesty. We received our carpet (whole house) in April 2010 and have been completely satisfied to date. Jason came to our house and spent several hours on our needs and suggested the carpet and color. He had me pick a color sample (the darkest green)and poured straight bleach on it while we talked. There was NO effect or discoloration of any kind and I was sold! We have more than one animal and a difficult walking path and so far the carpet has shown no ill effects. Jason was correct in the color he suggested and we love it. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason for your carpeting needs.

Prompt service. Met my schedule. Limited but adequate choices of fabrics for my project. Good quality work. Love not having to leave my house to shop. Draperies finished and installed almost before estimated finish date. Made my first custom drapery order informative and easy.
